Michael was such a helpful and supportive professional at a really troubling and stressful time when I was suddenly made redundant. His personable and transparent approach goes beyond that of a normal recruiter. He won’t push roles on you that done fit your needs either. I’m sure he’s responsible for placing tons of candidates but he still manages to take time to treat you like an individual.
